Claire’s first cria has arrived.  She is pretty excited about this young male.  While the rest of us were bummed because we wanted a female, Claire is just excited to have her first baby to show. He is very showy and correct.  I think she will have fun with him OR someone can pick him up as a show and stud prospect.  She plans to bring him to show at the Spring Showcase.  He is a sharp show and stud prospect.  Claire enjoyed taking him out for the first time where he was 2nd in youth halter, 2nd in the youth futurity, and 3rd and 4th in a tough suri juvenile male class at the first Spring Showcase.  At his second show he picked up a 1st and 3rd in tough competition.  Man of Steel kept it up and brought home some additional hardware at the NAILE.  He continues to develop well and just sets up great on the profile.  Claire plans to show him as much as she can this spring before maybe letting him try out some girls later in the year.
