This young lady was an unexpected cria in 2015.  The vet had previously indicated she did not think her dam was pregnant.  We are so glad she was wrong.  This gal is just as flashy and correct as can be.  She has high luster jet black fiber and I just love her.  We hope to introduce her to the showring this spring.  Absolut Surprise made her debut at March Llama Madness and I can’t quite recall where she placed, but she was a youngster in tough competition so placing at all was great.  She was 1st and Reserve Champion at the Ohio State Fair and the North American.  She placed well in stiff competition at MLM again this spring.  I hope to show her at The Gathering in 2017 and NAILE and retire her for breeding.  She continues to be a sharp girl and I look forward to breeding her.  We’ve bred her to BAL Renegade for 2019.  She’s had her first offspring and he is a sharp young dude!  She had a female out of the same cross in 2020.  She had a sharp young male out of On the Spot with some fun fiber. She is in MO being bred to MSF Encore for a fun 2024 offspring.  The Encore breeding gave us a jet black suri female with a lot of style. Currently she is open but we are getting her bred back for 2026.
